Join Sound Healer and Cocoon Founder Tammy Mores for a special February sound healing event dedicated to self-love and aligned connections. From the comfort of your home, we’ll gather virtually to focus on the sacral chakra—the center of joy, creativity, and emotional flow. This session will guide you toward cultivating self-compassion, enhancing your inner joy, and aligning your energy for love and happiness.

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, journaling prompts, and guided visualization, Tammy will create a space for reflection and renewal. We’ll explore affirmations and practices that inspire self-love while opening ourselves to the beauty of aligned connections.
