Catch a CorePower Yoga Pop-Up Class twice this summer at Gallagher Way. As part of Movement Mondays, set your intentions for the week and touch grass with these FREE outdoor classes. Both sessions are from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.A few things to know:
- All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class!
- Bring your own water bottle, sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. No equipment required.
- Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
