No previous experience needed.
I invite you to make time for yourself and re-connect to the simplicity of the body, breath and movement, to still the thinking mind.
Whether you love dancing or think you can’t dance, enjoy the luxury of being you, there is no right or wrong way, no judgement;
I invite you to dance on your own, with another, and in community to a variety of music.
