The international workshop is designed for dancers, choreographers, actors, directors, circus artists, and other performers. The in-class session is intended for strong, disciplined professionals and pre-professionals who are ready to fully engage from start to finish.

Utilizes the Ostrenko brothers' method, which combines elements of biomechanics, psychophysical gesture, and physical action, highlighting the interconnectedness of body and mind.
Requirements:
Participants should have a background in performing arts or related fields and a willingness to engage fully in the workshop activities.

Through exercises focused on physical expressiveness, spatial awareness, and the relationship between movement and emotion, you can develop a more nuanced and authentic portrayal of your characters.
