Dr. Carlin Senter is a primary care sports medicine doctor who focuses on helping patients of all ages stay active, reduce injury risk and achieve peak performance. She has particular interests in exercise counseling and exercise prescription. She serves as the director of Primary Care Sports Medicine Service within UCSF Division of Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery and is co-director of the UCSF Sports Concussion Program.

Lindsay Orbeta is a highly skilled Sports Registered Dietitian with a double Master of science in Sports Nutrition + Exercise Physiology, and Board Certification Sports Dietetics CSSD. She currently works as the Sports Dietitian for the UCSF Women's Sports Medicine Clinic in the Orthopaedic Institute. She managed the UCSF Metabolic Research & Testing Lab and was DXA-certified, affording her mastery in body composition and bone health. A former Ironman 140.6 triathlete, Lindsay also published as 2nd author in a 2023 peer-reviewed ICSM publication on ketogenic applications to road cycling.

Kyla Channell holds a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, and a BS in Clinical Nutrition and has completed the arduous 2-year Sports Nutrition Diploma program from the International Olympic Committee (IOC). She is passionate about nutrition and sport, so keeps up-to-date on the latest scientific research, attending monthly conferences and webinars to keep her athletes informed and performing their best. Not only does Kyla work one-on-one with clients, but she also presents Nutrition Seminars to companies and teams. She is also an ardent supporter of diversifying sports and science research.
