About this Event
Full body workout for all levels- cardio & strength training to faith based Christian music. No equipment needed, bring exercise mat and water bottle
Class starts with a warmup and standing stretches. Following is a cardio workout appropriate for beginners and those more experienced. The session concludes with mat exercises to build strength and a cool down.
This class was created to help women strengthen their bodies through exercise and strengthen their spirit through joy, reflection, and community.
Free parking in adjacent lot during class. Ring the doorbell at the Regeneration Church gym for entry. We'd love to have you!
