Remember what it felt like to move like a kid—running, jumping, twisting, reaching, and exploring without overthinking? That’s exactly what we’re bringing back in our Community Movement Class!
This 90-minute session is all about moving the way our bodies were designed to move, building strength, coordination, balance, and capacity—while having fun and reconnecting with your playful side.
Why natural movement?
Natural movement focuses on real-life movement patterns that improve how you move every day. Instead of repetitive exercises, you’ll explore:
- Crawling, rolling, and reaching
- Twisting, balancing, and stretching
- Fluid, full-body movements that build strength and mobility
