About this Event
Step out of the thinking mind and back into the feeling body.
Move to Thrive is a playful, guided movement experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and move freely in London's cosiest event space, Love Shack.
Through mindful movement, somatic exercises, and joyful Bollywood-inspired community dancing, this session invites you to reconnect with yourself, explore movement in your own way, and connect with others in the room.
No dance experience is needed. No choreography. Just movement, music, and connection.
