Move, Meditate & Manifest: A 2026 Vision Board Workshop
Start your year with intention, clarity, and powerful momentum.
Join us for Flow Into Your Vision, a 2-hour New Year workshop designed to help you reconnect with your purpose, activate your creativity, and step into the highest version of yourself.
We’ll open with a 30-minute mindful movement flow to awaken the body and clear stagnant energy. From there, drop into a 15-minute guided meditation to ground your mind, expand your vision, and tune into what you truly want for the year ahead.
The remainder of the workshop will be dedicated to creating your personal vision board—a hands-on, inspiring experience where you’ll map out the goals, intentions, and desires you’re calling in for 2026.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll enjoy snacks and drinks from exciting health & wellness brands and have the opportunity to mingle with likeminded individuals who are also ready to evolve, grow, and manifest a meaningful year.
