Move Like Water -A flowstate experience

Move Like Water is a 75-minute experiential movement class designed to help you access freedom, fluidity, and release in the body.

Hosted by Laura Monk of Soulfish Events at , this immersive experience weaves together yoga, mobility work, breathwork, sound, and somatic practices. You’ll move through both dynamic and slower sequences, exploring strength, softness, and sensation while creating space for reflection and nervous system regulation.

Expect curated sound, moody lighting, and a vibey studio atmosphere that invites presence and embodied awareness.

Class runs 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
