Join us for a free, energizing MOVE & RESTORE class that blends strength and Pilates for a balanced, feel-good workout.

This 45-minute class will be led by two incredible local partners:

• Jaymie from F45 North Livonia will kick things off with 20 minutes of strength training, focusing on functional movement and power.

• Victoria, Warehouse Pilates instructor, will guide 20 minutes of Pilates, finishing with a 5-minute cooldown to help you reset and recover.

All levels are welcome!
