Ready to break a sweat and then tap into your artistic side? Join Craft Club Orlando and XYMOGYM for the ultimate Saturday morning reset. Whether you're here to get a good workout in with new friends or just want to try something new, Move and Make is the spot for you.
The Plan
We’re kicking things off at 10 AM with a high-energy, full-body burn led by Sweat with Sarah, followed by a creative cool-down craft.
Grab a post-workout acai bowl, hit the flower bar, or recover in the compression boots at our wellness market. It’s a whole mood.
- 10 AM - Doors open - find your spot and set up your yoga mat!
- 10:30 AM - The "Move" - Full body workout with Sweat with Sarah
- 11:30 AM - The "Make" - We'll have all the supplies needed for a special wellness-based craft
- 10 AM - 1 PM - The Market - Shop local wellness & creative booths featuring acai bowls, energy drinks, permanent jewelry, a flower bar, and more.
