Gather your friends and family and run, jog or “moooove” through the Milk District at The Milk Run 5K fueled by T.G. Lee Dairy, Saturday, May 2, 2026. Participants will run through historic streets of downtown Orlando while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Milk District. 🥛This is the 2nd year of our event and it is sure to sell out fast. 👀 PLUS The Milk Run will feature the crowd pleaser, “Cow Costume” Division. Participants are encouraged to dress in cow or milk themed costumes. 🐄
