You'll need a yoga mat, water, and we recommend a towel!

🧘‍♀️ 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM | Yoga with Bentley
Begin your morning with a gentle, grounding yoga flow guided by Bentley. Designed for all levels, this session will help you both ease into the day feeling centered, calm, and connected.

🍫 8:10 AM – 8:50 AM | Cacao Ceremony + Meditation with Katie
Transition into a heart-opening cacao experience led by Katie, a holistic stylist, ceremony facilitator, author, and designer.

Through guided meditation, sound bowl healing, and a unique plant-infused experience, you’ll journey into the “garden of the mind”—a space of gratitude, love, and deeper connection to yourself and each other.
