Rusconi’s American Kitchen is celebrating Mother’s Day with an exclusive menu dedicated to the moms! The following prix fixe menu will be available on Sunday, May 10:
Starters, choice of one:
House-smoked salmon with mini red pepper pancake, pickled quail egg, citrus crème fraiche, capers, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and frisee
Michael’s lobster bisque with wild blue crab, tarragon crema and tomato essence
Baby romaine salad with roasted corn relish, arugula pesto, creamy parmesan dressing and pear tomatoes
Braised beef short ribs with goat cheese and roasted pepper grits, crispy shallots and red wine sauce
Grilled melon and arugula salad with prosciutto, spiced pine nuts, Sonoma goat cheese and red wine gastrique
Main courses, choice of one:
Wood-grilled Angus beef tenderloin and poached eggs with Arizona bread, sweet potato hash and herb emulsion
Gulf shrimp, lobster and crab cake benedict with poached eggs and house-made Canadian bacon on focaccia
Garlic-and-herb-crusted Opal Valley rack of lamb with goat cheese and yellow corn polenta, confit garlic, cured tomatoes, carrots and sherry jus
Wild Florida grouper with citrus and herb spaetzle, wilted spinach, cured grape tomatoes and lobster butter sauce
28-day-aged filet of beef tenderloin with sweet corn risotto, roasted brussels, cotija and warm bacon vinaigrette

Lemon-biscotti-crusted blackberry cheesecake with chocolate shard, salted caramel and vanilla sauces
Strawberry and chocolate budino with whipped mascarpone and cocoa nibs
Madagascar vanilla bean crème brûlée with grilled peach and strawberry relish
