We’re asked to hold space for new life, new identity, and often, a partnership that can feel unfamiliar under new circumstances - with often very little guidance for navigating the strain, silence, or distance that can appear.This gathering is for mothers seeking to reconnect - with themselves and their partners - after the profound shift of birth.Led by a perinatal therapist, this Mother’s Circle will gently explore:✨ The changing landscape of intimacy and emotional connection after baby💬 The tension between caregiver and lover🕯️ How to speak the unsaid with compassion and courage❤️🩹 Tools for rebuilding trust, desire, and closenessWe’ll hold honest, openhearted conversations about the emotional truths of motherhood and partnership with a commitment to healing and growing together.The circle will be enriched with a nourishing postnatal yoga class.
