Join Emily Sanders and Ayla for Guided Somatic Release Breathwork.
The holidays are a stressful time of year! Join our last two circles of the year doing somatic release breathwork! Our minds, imaginations, postures, sensations and emotions are THE ONLY place our awareness can truly ever be. Through these channels is HOW WE EXPERIENCE, how we integrate, and how we let the energy become a part of us. Until we shift them THROUGH OUR BODIES, they will continue acting out against OUR soul's desires and higher callings. Join your community and Ayla Dankanyin as we move through what is alive for you. As we call in presence, patience, and honor you exactly where you are on your journey. All parts of you are welcome in this safe space as we release in 3 ways: through movement, breath and sound.
About Ayla
Ayla is a Somatic Practitioner and Reiki Master. Her core belief is how you love yourself is how you teach others to love. Her life’s work is to encourage self healing and cultivate self love and fine tune our nervous systems into regulation. She loves holding space for others, creating a safe experience that honors each individual and meets them exactly where they are in their journey. She is deeply inspired by movement, music, authentic connection and freedom of expression to transform and heal us collectively.
