Rae from Ladies Who Lift

Using a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight, and benches, you’ll move through thoughtfully programmed circuits that target both upper and lower body while challenging your core throughout. Expect a balance of strength-focused lifts, controlled tempo work, and dynamic movements that keep things engaging without sacrificing form. This class is all about getting stronger in a way that feels sustainable, effective, and empowering—whether you’re newer to lifting or looking to level up your training.
