About this Event
This Mother’s Day, step into a sanctuary created for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Join Sarah Pascaul for a deeply nurturing restorative and yin yoga experience devoted to motherhood. This gentle practice invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what is true and alive within, honoring both the giving energy of motherhood and the universal need for care, rest, and restoration.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and long-held, supported postures, we will encourage deep release in the body while calming the nervous system. Expect an unhurried pace with poses held for several minutes to allow the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—to soften, increasing flexibility and restoring balance. Woven throughout the practice will be soothing breathwork, essential oils, affirmations, and moments of quiet reflection to help integrate clarity from the heart.
This class is about more than physical practice—it is a space for connection, presence, and gentle joy. Whether you are a mother, honoring a mother, or simply longing for deep rest and renewal, you are warmly welcome!
This is a community class included in memberships and drop-in rates. Space is limited. Please register in advance.
