Welcome to your quick escape without having to leave the city **Morning Retreat: Music, Movement, Meditation** on **Saturday, May 11, 2024** at **10:30 AM to 12:00 PM** at the Society Clubhouse in Little Italy, Toronto.
We want to help you start your weekend feeling peaceful, grounded, and present. How about some solo piano, poetry, gentle movement, and guided meditation to soothe your nervous system?
It's a casual, curious not judgey vibe. Come in your comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat or floor pillow, chairs will be available too, take off your shoes, and give yourself a moment to chill. The program is for adults, but kids are welcome.
