ROD is a new daytime format where functional training and techno music meet — built around energy, movement, and connection.
Start your Sunday with a functional training session led by a professional coach (facultative). Bodyweight, dynamic, accessible to all levels and with a live DJ set from the first rep to the last.
Then keep your heart rate and energy high with 2 more hours of pure techno. You don't want to train? No worries, come only to rave.
The music is driven by WHYDANCING, a Spanish DJ deeply rooted in the Brussels Techno scene, known for high-energy, trance-influenced techno sets taking you on a journey of rhythm.
ROD is a safe and inclusive space. Whether you're a seasoned raver, a fitness enthusiast, or somewhere in between — you belong here.
