About this Event
Welcome to Morning Prana Flow! This class is designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our instructor, Prisni, strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can feel welcomed and respected.
Together, the class will explore traditional yoga practices, integrating the Sanskrit names for asana (poses) and delving into additional elements like bandha (energy locks), prana (life force), dhyana (meditation), pratyahara (sense withdrawal), and many more.
Join us each Monday morning to experience a holistic approach to wellness. Through a thoughtful blend of asana, breathwork, and mindfulness, you’ll find clarity, balance, and a sense of accomplishment as you start your week.
Instructor bio:
Prisni, a mother, yoga teacher (RYT 200), and MBA student, started her yoga journey with Pranayama under her father's guidance. Her practice has since evolved through the Hatha and Ashtanga yoga traditions, and she now uses yoga as a means of holistic wellness.
Prisni is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for practitioners from all backgrounds and levels. Her goal is for every student to discover something new—whether it’s about the ancient practice of yoga, about themselves, or both.
