About this Event
The legenday KPop band BTS is coming to Stanford Stadium! And coming with them will be a massive spike in congestion on the roads and carbon emmissions from all of the attendees arriving by car. By volunteering with SVBC to activate our bike parking valet program, you will be directly supporting everyone involved to have an easier travel experience.
The valet program itself is simple. Attendees pull up to our secure parking zone, park their bikes, then enter the stadium for the show. You will be working with a team of people to ensure that the bikes are monitored and remain secure for the duration of your shift. That's it!
Food will be provided, but bring snacks and water for yourself as well. The easiest and fastest way to arrive to your shift is by bike. If you live too far away to bike, try and take public transit most of the way, or throw your bike in your car and park a mile or so out to ride the rest. Please with your supervisor for the day, who will direct you from there.
