About this Event
Start your week off right with gentle mindfulness meditation on Monday mornings with the East Bay Meditation Center! Instruction will be offered for seated and movement meditation. All are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary. Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve focus, and support the nervous system. Practicing in community also helps build a supportive community. Mats and blankets provided, and you may also bring your own accessories. We look forward to practicing meditation with you!
