About this Event
Butterfly Future x Manchester Creative Council presents: More Than Creatives - The Art of Communication
Communication is an art form… carefully chosen words, tone, timing, delivery. From the outside, it can look effortless even when internally, we’re second-guessing, holding back, or unsure of what we truly want to say.
If you’ve ever struggled to express your needs, felt misunderstood, been rejected or found yourself saying what sounds right instead of what feels true, this space is for you.
Join us for a relaxed, uplifting evening designed especially for creatives and freelancers as we explore the connection between communication, self-awareness and identity. We’ll unpack the impact of social pressure, the fear of being fully seen and what happens when we communicate without clarity, authenticity or preparation.
Through reflective exercises and hands-on activities guided by a qualified therapist, you’ll begin to understand your communication patterns, recognise where you hold back or overperform, and develop tools to express yourself with greater honesty, confidence and intention.
Wherever you are in your journey, More Than Creatives is here to help you communicate with clarity, confidence and connection, not just performance.
