About this Event
Inspired by my ebook More Life To Plantain, this supper club brings together flavours and memories from West Africa, the Caribbean and beyond, honouring one ingredient that connects so many histories, homes and communities.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience a curated four-course menu centred around plantain in different forms, textures and traditions. The dinner will also include interactive games and cultural moments designed to explore the history, movement and significance of plantain across different cultures and diasporas.
This is not just a dinner, but an immersive experience celebrating plantain as memory, identity and connection.
Produce for the evening will be provided in partnership with Wholegood.
