About this Event
Join Charlie and Shannon for a nourishing evening inspired by the pink full moon.
April’s full moon is known as the Pink Moon, named after the early spring wildflower moss phlox that blooms across the ground in soft pink tones at this time of year. Although the moon itself does not appear pink, the name reflects the seasonal shift as the earth begins to wake after winter. Traditionally, the Pink Moon symbolises renewal, growth and new beginnings. A full moon is also a moment for release, inviting us to let go of what no longer serves us so new energy and possibilities can begin to take root. Like the first flowers of spring, growth unfolds gradually, reminding us to trust the natural rhythm of change.
🌻 Cacao and Journalling – Arriving into the Heart
We begin with a gentle cacao ceremony - a moment to soften into the body, let the nervous system settle and open the senses. Cacao becomes a grounding anchor, guiding you into presence and heart centred awareness.
Journalling follows as a sacred pause, a gentle unravelling of emotions and intentions. Through guided prompts you’ll be encouraged to explore what feels ready to be released with the full moon and what new intentions are beginning to emerge. This is your space to reflect and give a voice to what’s shifting within you.
🌸 Somatic Flow – Releasing Through Movement
Charlie will guide you through a nurturing somatic flow designed to free emotion, connect with your body & emotions and dissolve people pleasing often carried within Libra’s energy. Through music and mindful prompts, you’ll be invited to move without choreography — to explore your own rhythm, your own truth. There’s no right or wrong way to move here; only the invitation to let your body speak, shake, spiral, sigh, and soften.
This part of the evening blends guided and free movement, using breath, rhythm, and simple techniques drawn from dance, yoga, and somatic release practices. Together, we’ll focus on removing expectations of the body, connecting to the joy of movement, and reawakening a sense of ease and authenticity in how you express yourself.
🌺 Sound Bath and Reiki – Deep Rest & Realignment
Shannon will guide you through a grounding meditation that will draw you back to centre. Breath by breath, you’re invited to soften the edges and meet the deeper layers of yourself. This meditation serves as a doorway - opening you to receive the sound healing that follows.
As you enter a deeply meditative state, Shannon will create an immersive tapestry of improvised sounds from traditional instruments and a frequency-based soundscapes. Her approach creates a steady environment for the body to unwind, soften and reconnect. Shannon will then offer individual hands-on Galactic Reiki. Galactic Reiki is a multidimensional form of energy healing that channels frequencies from higher realms to soothe the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and realign your vibration with your higher self. Galactic Reiki works with cosmic frequencies from stars and interstellar planes, expanding healing beyond the physical body into the spiritual and energetic dimensions.
🌼 Sharing Circle – Integration
We close gently with a sharing circle - a space of connection and collective grounding. You are welcome to share, to listen, or simply sit in community with others on their own journey. This moment honours the truth that we heal both individually and together.
This gathering is an invitation to pause, soften and listen deeply - and to make space for whatever this full moon is asking of you.
