Please arrive by 7:15–7:20pm to allow time to set up your space and get comfortable.

What to bring:
• Yoga or Pilates mat
• Blankets, cushions or bolsters
• Eye mask (optional)
• Water
You will be lying on the floor for almost an hour, so please bring whatever you need to feel as comfortable and warm as possible.
(Some yoga mats, cushions and thin blankets are available at the venue if needed.)

Then all you need to do is lie down and simply receive the many benefits of the magical frequencies of sound.
The sound initiates a dialogue with the body’s energy system, helping to promote relaxation, reduce cortisol levels and lower blood pressure.
As brainwave activity slows, this can allow an altered state of consciousness (ASC), where cellular regeneration and hormonal balance can take place.
Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, shamanic drum and rattles, acoustic guitar and voice, you can expect to be gently transported into a deeply restful and immersive experience.
