The Black Man Project and Black Woman Project present monthly meditation sessions at the Museum. Every fourth Sunday, dedicate a moment to connect with yourself through a mindful morning meditation as you absorb the zen energy from the roof of the Glassell School of Art. Sessions are led by Rashad Sanders, founder of Mindful Muscle and health & wellness ambassador of the Black Man Project.
