Join us around the fire at Tibetan Kitchen, Chorlton
About this Event
There’s a part of you that’s tired of holding everything together.
And there’s another part that longs to simply sit, soften… and be heard.
These monthly fire circles are a gentle space to do exactly that.
A place where nothing needs fixing.
Nothing needs performing.
And all parts of you are welcome.
Rooted in the principles of deep listening, IFS-informed practice, and circle work, we gather to slow down, notice what’s present, and reconnect—both with ourselves and with others.
As we teach in our work, listening begins within.
When we learn to meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion, something shifts—more calm, more clarity, more connection becomes available.
This is not therapy.
It’s something simpler, and often more powerful:
A space to be human together.
🌱 May Gathering – Spring Energy
Our first circle opens in the energy of Spring
A time of gentle re-emergence, new shoots, and quiet beginnings.
You might notice:
- A part of you ready to open again
- A part still needing rest
- Or simply curiosity about what’s next
All of that is welcome.
What to Expect
- Guided arrival and grounding
- Gentle noticing and listening practices
- Shared circle (you can speak or simply listen)
- A calm, held, respectful space
- Tea, warmth, and connection
We draw on:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed approach)
- The Way of Council
- Somatic awareness and presence
As you’ll experience, curiosity softens the system and opens space
And from that space, something more natural begins to unfold.
