🌟 Monthly Latin Dance Social – Salsa & Bachata + Bachate Rueda class 🌟We’re excited to launch a monthly social dance at the beginning of each month – a space to connect, learn, and just enjoy dancing together.
📅 First Event: Saturday, 2nd May
⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Venue: WAA! - 183 bridge steet, Nelson
💃 What to expect:
7:00 – 7:30 PM → Bachata Rueda Class
7:30 – 9:00 PM → Social Dancing
Dancing in couples, alternating with Salsa Rueda and Bachata Rueda
🔄 What is Bachata Rueda?
Bachata Rueda is a fun, group-style version of bachata where couples dance in a circle and follow calls from a leader. Everyone moves together, switching partners and doing coordinated figures. It’s playful, social, and a great way to connect with multiple dancers in one dance.
✨ Why join the class?
Bachata rueda builds progressively. Each month we’ll introduce new figures, so joining the class helps you:
- Stay up to date with the moves
- Feel more confident during the ruedas
- Enjoy the flow of the group dance
Even if you’re new, you’re very welcome – the class will set you up.
💰 Pricing:
Social only: $10
Class + Social: $15
