Monday Yoga Flow, Three Little Birds Cafe, Dublin 7

This is the perfect way to ease into the week ahead. The class is open to everyone of all abilities — whether you have never stepped on a yoga mat before, or have a regular practice. Options and variations are always offered throughout, so you can move in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for your body. The class will blend minful movement, yoga, breath awareness and meditation.

After class, you’re invited to stay on for tea and chats in the cosy café space.
