Looking for a calm, grounding way to start your week? Join us every Monday for a one-hour yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and reset — no matter your experience level.
This all-levels class blends gentle flow, strength, mobility, and mindful breathwork. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or have an established practice, you’ll be guided with options so you can move in a way that feels supportive and accessible for your body.
Our focus is on feeling better when you leave than when you arrived — less tension, more ease, and a stronger connection to your body.
