What to Expect
Guided Arrival
We begin with breathwork and grounding exercises to prepare your body and mind.
Cold Exposure (Optional)
Step into the water, or support from the shore. Both are part of the experience.
Sauna and Cold Cycles
Move between heat and cold at your own pace. Stay for a quick reset or settle in for the full session.
Integration and Connection
Warm up, move, and connect. Share reflections and recharge before stepping into your day.
Flow
7:30 AM – Arrival and welcome
8:00 AM – Breathwork and first dip
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Open flow sauna and cold cycles
What to Bring
- Two towels
- Water shoes or neoprene boots (recommended)
- Layered, warm clothing
- Water and light snacks
- An open mind
