About this Event
Mommy & Me Yoga is a gentle, playful space where mothers and their children can move together, breathe together, and simply enjoy being present with one another. Through simple stretches, partner poses, music, and mindful moments, we create bonding experiences that feel joyful — not pressured.
No perfect poses.
No quiet, still expectations.
Just real life, real connection.
This class helps:
• Strengthen the parent-child bond
• Improve flexibility and body awareness
• Support emotional regulation for both mom and child
• Create community with other moms
Children will learn simple breathing techniques, playful balance poses, and how to connect to their bodies in a healthy, positive way. Moms will get gentle movement, grounding, and space to reset.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
Come as you are. Wiggles are welcome. Laughter is encouraged.
