Doors open at 2pm to allow for vendor shopping, check in, and connecting with other moms.
We are grateful to announce that we are partnered with VITALITY IV DRIP SPA who will be providing FREE B12 SHOTS to all attendees to get you energized for class and for mommyhood overall! Be sure to follow them @vitalityivdripspa on Instagram!
SESSION 1: From 3:00–4:00 PM, Lyd Rock @lydrock leads a gentle yet invigorating afrobeat dance class tailored for pregnant and early postpartum mothers. This session focuses on safe movement, rebuilding strength, and reconnecting with your body in a supportive and encouraging environment. No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are.
SESSION 2: After a short break, from 4:30–5:30 PM, Sayrah Chips @sayrahchips takes the floor with an advanced-level dance class for those ready to challenge themselves. This high-energy session blends technique, strength, and expressive movement, perfect for experienced dancers looking to push their limits and have fun.
Whether you're easing back into movement or ready to level up, this event offers something for every stage of motherhood. Come move, connect, and feel strong in your body again.

**IMPORTANT DETAILS**
-You MUST sign a waiver prior to participating in our classes. Lilidoula Merry Mommy Initiative, Sayrah Chips, Lyd Rock, nor My Event Studios will be liable for any injuries.
-Childcare will NOT be available. We will have a small area for soft play, but official childcare supervision WILL NOT be assisgned. We recommend coming without the kiddos or baby if feasible, to allow you have a much needed break and enjoy the fun!
-We will have exciting vendors and resources available to assist you in continuing your journey through wellness. We recommend coming prepared to invest in your health!!
-Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
