Join us for our most loved Mom's Night Out- Yummy Yoga with the amazing Heather Till. Yummy Yoga combines gentle movement, restorative (supported poses), breathwork and guided relaxation to balance out the busy-ness and over stimulation of our lives, as musician Perry Smith serenades us with the soothing sounds of classical guitar. Think of it as a mini retreat for body, mind and heart. What better way to celebrate Galentine's Day! Props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
