It invokes empathy, joy, inspiration, creative thought, a sense of connection, and FREEDOM!!
It gives people the permission they seek to be free and makes some a bit uncomfortable. Dancing in public can be an act of love and devotion, an effective radical protest that stirs the community in a beautiful way and it can be a simple, fun, and healthy way to enjoy the day!!

This Saturday we will be love-streaming an MOM set, dancing, jumping, frolicking, playing, yogaing, flowing, contacting, chilling, eating, and whatever other "ing" you bring. Bring mats, blankets, balls, flow toys, frisbees, your beautiful self, friends and let's all move together and have fun in the sun!!
