Help Shape a New Resource for Pastors & Ministry Leaders
You are invited to join a small, thoughtful gathering of pastors and ministry leaders as we help shape the development of The Ministry & Marketplace Collective (MMC) — a faith-based business incubator and leadership development center designed to strengthen, support, and resource those who serve our communities.
Each focus group is limited to no more than 15 participants to ensure meaningful dialogue, shared insight, and authentic collaboration.
Why These Focus Groups Matter
Ministry leaders face increasing pressures — operationally, spiritually, and personally. MMC is being created to provide practical support through:
- Leadership and operational training
- Ministry-friendly business development resources
- Counseling and wellness support
- Co-working and collaboration spaces
- Administrative and financial guidance
Your experience and perspective are essential. By sharing your needs, challenges, and ideas, you will help shape a center designed for ministry leaders, by ministry leaders.
What to Expect
During this 60–75 minute session, you will:
✔ Participate in a guided discussion
✔ Preview the MMC vision, proposed services, and space
✔ Share what resources you would find most helpful
✔ Provide feedback on program ideas and facility design
✔ Connect with other leaders who understand the realities of ministry
Your input will directly influence the final design and service offerings of the Ministry & Marketplace Collective.
