A group of us came together over New Year for Liminality and experienced something so gentle, alive, and nourishing that we didn’t want to wait a whole year for it to bloom again. The energy and culture that emerged felt too magical to hibernate for that long.
So we are creating a series of gatherings, and this is the first one:
Minimality – the small spaces in between.
So what is Minimality?
Minimality has many flavors. For us, it is a blend of:
- Slowness
- Singing
- Movement & dance
- Creation
- Nature
- Physical presence & gentle touch
- Small workshops or shared moments
It is a simple space where there is room to feel into what you want and need.
A space where you can come exactly as you are.
No performance required — unless you feel like it.
And very importantly:
Kids and families are part of this community and gathering and therefor also a soberish space.
The Day
We have booked the lighthouse and invite you to spend a full day together — a pause from default life, to get the heart alive again.
Program (soft structure):
14:00 – Arrival & opening circle
Authentic relating games to gently land together
14:45 – semi guided free dance
Move, explore, be with your body
15:30 – Hangout
Rest, connect, play
If you feel called to share something, maybe a mini-workshop, a creative corner, a reflection, then write us
17:30 – Potluck dinner
The most ancient art: eating together as humans

18:30 – Dance & evening hangout
There will always be a non-participation space.
You are never obliged to join anything.
We officially finish at 21:00
…unless someone feels inspired to gently carry the space into the night?
Payment:
There is no fee for members and their children, but if you bring a 1+ family, there is the usual contribution of 50 kr. to the lighthouse for non-members (only the adults).
