Instructor's Bio: Mehla is a mother of two with a third on the way. She has practiced various forms of yoga for 18+ years. Mehla is trained as a yoga teacher in the Baptiste power-flow style as well as in kid's yoga. She has trained as a JourneyDance instructor at Kripalu Institute and loves movement as a healing modality and way of connecting people.
