Mindfulness Mondays at Gardopia Gardens

Join us every Monday this spring from 6:00 - 7:00 pm for a calming, donation-based yoga session at Gardopia Gardens. Beginning March 17, come experience a peaceful, nature-filled environment where you can unwind, stretch, and reconnect with yourself. This in-person event offers a chance to practice mindfulness and embrace the beauty of the garden as you start your week with intention and balance.

All are welcome, and the class is donation-based, allowing you to contribute what feels right for you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, we invite you to come, relax, and find some tranquility in the heart of the city. See you there!
