Feeling overwhelmed or mentally drained? Spend a restorative day in Portobello with Clunie, who trained to teach with the Mindfulness Association. Tuning into the energy of the summer solstice on the longest day of the year today, there will be guided mindfulness meditations designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and help you fully recharge. Spend this time offline to truly relax and restore your energy levels. Create space and openness away from overthinking and analysing - spending time in-person, in the peaceful studio at Shoreline, near the beach.
There will be time for rest, guided meditations, gentle stretching and chi gong inside, and time for mindfulness walking outside.
Some of the day will be in restful silence.
