About this Event

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a well-established, evidence-based 8-week group program for depression, anxiety, and stress. Our MBCT group in Toronto builds on the core structure of MBCT while emphasizing embodied awareness, relational safety, and nervous system regulation in community.

Rather than focusing solely on cognitive insight or symptom management, this group recognizes that emotional suffering is often held in the body and shaped through relationship. Practices are oriented toward felt sense, bodily awareness, and moment-to-moment regulation — helping participants develop greater resilience, connection, and emotional balance.

In a time of increasing isolation, we understand group therapy and shared mindfulness practice as powerful contexts for healing and reconnection.

Who this group may be supportive for:
  • People experiencing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
  • Those interested in mindfulness, somatic therapy, or embodied approaches to mental health
  • Clinicians, caregivers, and helping professionals seeking relational and embodied self-care
  • People who are interested in reconnecting with in person community.
