About this Event
Mindful Parenting Circle
Even when we’re deeply committed to being thoughtful, loving parents, the pace of daily life can leave us depleted, reactive, and feeling guilty and anxious. You want to parent without yelling or threats—but when you’re exhausted and overwhelmed, it can feel impossible.
Taking this hour is a small way to care for yourself as a parent. We’ll learn and practice a few simple tools for nervous system regulation, reflect together, and connect with other parents who are navigating many of the same challenges. You will leave feeling more supported and with a few practical skills you can use right away.
