Mindful Flow & Sound Bath with Lauren Kruger & Carla Renee

Create space for yourself with 45 minutes of Lauren’s mindful Vinyasa Flow blending dynamic movement with meditation and yogic philosophy. Opening with breath-centered flow before transitioning into longer Yin holds for deep release. Themes from ancient wisdom traditions guide each class, bridging effort and surrender.

This practice closes with reflective stillness and Savasana meditation complimented by a 45 minute soothing sound bath facilitated by Carla. With resonant tones of crystal bowls, elemental chimes, and an ocean wave drum, your body and mind will find balance, grounding, and a deep sense of inner peace.
