MIND THE CROWN – A MINI RETREAT FOR YOUR BODY & MIND

Step into a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Mind The Crown is a wellness experience blending movement, creativity, and Afro-diaspora culture. A space to ground, express, and reconnect with yourself and others, centring BIPOC communities.

Mental wellbeing matters, especially within Black communities and other underrepresented groups. This space is created for rest, release, and reconnection in a way that feels safe and culturally grounded.

WHAT TO EXPECT
YOGA & SOUND HEALING

Begin your morning with grounding yoga led by Eyimofe, a Nigerian instructor with 10+ years of experience. This session will guide you back into your body, followed by a calming sound experience to help you relax and reset.

PAINT & AFROBEATS

Flow into a semi-guided painting session set to Afrobeats. A space to express, release, and enjoy a warm, social atmosphere.
