MAIN STAGE | The Main Stage is the dynamic, energetic, pumping heart of the Festival. Featuring artistic and musical performances as well as interactive demonstrations.

WELLBEING STUDIO | With classes and taster sessions hosted by much loved Yoga and Wellbeing teachers and experts from around the world. Workshops in the Studio include dance, meditation, life coaching and movement and so much more!

ALCHEMY OF SOUND | Hosted by Anne Malone, the Alchemy of Sound offers a sanctuary of peace and calm. Meditation sessions and immersive sound experiences are hosted by top names in the field.

CEREMONY SPACE | The Ceremony Space is a deliciously decorated cosmic womb, lovingly hosted by Kwali Kumara with a huge variety of intimate ceremonial based experiences.

POP UP TEMPLE | Hosted by the Hari Krishna community, providing free music, chant and workshops

MIDLIFE WISDOM| This stage focuses specifically on the women’s holistic health journey including practical advice and guidance on topics such as menopause, gut health, nutrition, hormones, tiredness, and life after 50.

EXHIBITOR STAGE | Exciting and engaging product demos and talks

Our workshop programme offers a collection of awesome international workshop leaders and cutting edge teachers.
