Join us for the Mind & Body Glow-Up: Pilates + Wellness Workshop! Whether you’re trying Pilates for the first time or just want a reset, this session is all about simple movements, positive energy, and taking care of your body and mind.
No pressure and no experience needed — just come ready to move, unwind, and enjoy the moment.
Your session will be led by a skilled instructor who will guide you through easy-to-follow Pilates exercises, along with breathing and posture techniques to help improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
We’ve created a calm and welcoming environment where you can slow down, de-stress, and leave feeling refreshed and confident.
All you need is comfortable clothing and a willingness to show up for yourself 💫
Brand new yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own!
