Cut is a strength-focused training experience that combines heavy lifting with deep sculpting for total-body results. Set to edgy beats, the class emphasizes intentional movement, strong form, and building muscle definition in a motivating, high-energy environment.
Together, Hype and Cut bring a fresh, music-forward fitness experience to Midtown members looking to train hard while having fun. Members can view class times and book sessions through the Midtown member app.
